Tiana Ochoa Teo

MSW, LICSW | Bilingual Therapist

Reaching out for help requires courage, and it is a positive step in your healing journey. As a licensed therapist with training in trauma-informed care and extensive experience working with children, adolescents, adults, and families during difficult times, I offer compassionate and practical support.

Many people seek therapy when they feel stuck, anxious, or believe that specific barriers are holding them back from living authentically, feeling empowered, experiencing happiness, or building meaningful relationships. It’s not uncommon to want to change particular behaviors but feel uncertain about how to begin.

I provide therapy in both English and Spanish. I am committed to helping you navigate the mental and emotional health challenges that often arise from life stressors, grief and loss, immigration, cultural transitions, and trauma. As a first-generation immigrant myself, I have a deep understanding of the complexities involved in adjusting to a new cultural environment and the lasting effects of immigration-related trauma that can resonate across generations.

The therapeutic process is a personal journey, and I prioritize building strong, trusting relationships with my clients. We will work collaboratively to create a supportive and holistic plan that addresses your unique needs and fosters an environment for growth and healing.

Our goal is to deliver exceptional therapeutic services that blend evidence-based approaches with individualized care designed to meet the unique needs of each person in our community. We believe in the power of a supportive environment where healing and hope can thrive.

Our vision is to create a community where everyone can access compassionate, personalized care that fosters healing and growth. We aim to empower individuals to overcome challenges and achieve lasting well-being.
